Photoinitiator TPO-L (CAS 84434-11-7) is a liquid Type I acylphosphine oxide UV photoinitiator used in UV curing systems for coatings, inks, adhesives, and photopolymer resins. It generates free radicals under UV or LED irradiation, initiating rapid polymerization of acrylate monomers and oligomers. Compared with solid TPO, Photoinitiator TPO-L improves handling, dispersion, and dosing accuracy in industrial formulations. It is widely selected in UV coating systems requiring low yellowing, deep curing, and stable performance in pigmented systems. Photoinitiator TPO-L is commonly used by UV coating manufacturers, UV ink formulators, adhesive producers, and industrial resin suppliers. It supports both mercury lamp and 365–405 nm LED UV curing systems when properly formulated.
